The weather in Ireland can be a very frustrating thing for a photographer.

For these shots I spent most of my time wiping rain from the lens and waiting for that short reprieve in the weather to allow me to take the shot.

But it was worth it in the end to capture this collection; the long exposures combined with the weather brought out a palette of colours I had never captured before around Strangford.
